Audioriver Festival 2023

Audioriver is one of the leading and longest-running festivals in Poland, attracting tens of thousands of fans to Płock every year, not only from across the country but from around the world. The event stands out with its very diverse music program, as in Płock, you can simultaneously see global stars of electronic and alternative music, as well as renowned artists drawing from genres such as pop, rock, and even hip-hop. The unique atmosphere of the event is also influenced by its location, which is a picturesque beach by the Vistula River and a city park that transforms into a colorful garden full of decorations and artistic installations on festival Sundays. Importantly, Audioriver has been socially engaged for years, with its partners including organizations such as the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, SEXED.PL Foundation, Social Education Foundation, Culture Without Barriers Foundation, and the Campaign Against Homophobia.

“We have completed 15 editions of the festival, along with tons of emotions and experiences that we could share with the most amazing audience. We always say that the magic of Audioriver is thanks to them. We sincerely thank them for that and today we invite everyone to celebrate together from July 28th to 30th, 2023. Our team is facing many challenges – 2022 was one of the most difficult years as the festival returned to Płock after two pandemic years, and our 15th anniversary was heavily affected by weather conditions. After each edition, we draw conclusions and start preparations with strong goals. We are working on new projects for the venue arrangements, and we can already announce that the festival will undergo even more visual changes. The artistic program will be equally interesting and diverse, and in addition, we plan to have even more non-musical activities in which we will involve individuals representing the world of culture and important social projects. Audioriver is not just about entertainment but, above all, about values that we have been guided by from the very beginning – equality, freedom of expression, and mutual respect. Preparations for the festival are in full swing, and we are already counting down the days until we meet the audience next year.” – says Piotr Orlicz-Rabiega, the organizer of Audioriver.
